Which banks do you use?
We handle payments through our accounts with Diamond Bank Plc. When you have placed your order, we will send an invoice to your email box. Our bank account details will be included in that invoice. You can also click on bank information on our website to get our bank account details.

How long does it take for you to fund my LR account?
Normally it takes other exchangers anywhere between 24 hours to 5 working days to fund your account. However, we attempt to fund all accounts within 1 to 4 hours depending on the number of payments in the list. If for any reason there is a delay, we will issue a refund.

Why is my account not yet funded?
Reasons why your liberty reserve account funding may experience delay include the following:
1. Due to your inability to give a correct Liberty Reserve account number or name.
2. Due to bad network in the bank that may delay our ability to confirm your payment on time.
3. Due to temporary network breakdown of the LR server.
4. Due to your inability to fill the funding form before making payment to our account.
5. Due to your inability to fill the payment notification form after payment.
6. Depositor's name and teller number on the payment notification form may not be entered correctly.
7. Funds were sent from an account under different name (name does not match user’s name)
8. 3rd party payment (user had someone else send funds on their own name or bank account to user’s e-currency account and vice versa)
9. There is a reasonable suspicion that received funds are fraudulent.
10. User ordering liberty reserve from $300 and above for the first time refuses to submit verification documents (scan copy of ID: driver’s license including user’s signature, copy of utility bill and signed agreement), or verification of the user’s identity is not satisfactory.
11. There is a reasonable suspicion that verification documents are counterfeit.

What are your rates for selling and buying LR?
