We are not a financial institution and we are not a subsidiary of Liberty Reserve, CashU. In addition, we are not affiliated to any of the banks you see on our website. We simply bank with them.

We are an Independent E-currency Exchange Service Provider.

We offer our services to only Nigerians resident in Nigeria.

For obvious security reasons, we do not accept or make cash payments in our office. All transactions are made through our bank accounts with Guaranty Trust Bank and Intercontinental Bank.

You are responsible for supplying your correct E-currency account number. In the event that your e-currency is sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account number, we will not be liable for any losses incurred

You will not use our services for money laundering activities.
- We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.
- All transactions are concluded within 24hours to 5 working days. If there is any delay, we will compensate you accordingly.
- E-currency orders are final. You can not request a refund once e-currency has been deposited in your account.
- Refunds: Where we are unable to complete your orders within the time frame of our transaction time, we shall issue you a refund upon demand to the tune of the exact amount paid with an apology. In cases where you cancel the transaction yourself, we shall charge you between N500 - N5000 depending on the amount in question.
- PRIVACY: We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms as we deem fit without any prior notice or consultation from anybody.
- By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms as stated here.
